We currently have two small office suites available in a secure, professional building located in Savage Minnesota starting December 1, 2023. Both suites are on the lower level with no exterior windows except a large frosted glass window in the entry door leading to the common area hallway.

The building is unlocked and open to the public from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, weekdays to allow client access and is accessible via electronic key fobs when locked. A company directory is available in the main lobby and there is the possibility of adding additional signage to the exterior of the building to advertise your business.

There is an elevator, stairwell and a large surface parking lot which contains the mailbox pods. If your business has fleet vehicles or trailers, you will need to store them elsewhere as there is no overnight parking allowed.

Both suites include reasonable utilities, common area maintenance, and Internet access is available for an additional fee. Rent one or both suites.

A 2-year lease term preferred. A credit report and security deposit are required.
